All items are handcrafted or assembled in our studio in Vancouver, Canada.
Most items are made to order, production starts once order and full payment has been received. Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days.
Currently I only accept orders from within Canada & the USA.
Shipping times can vary, so please allow plenty of time to receive your order.
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
Powder Blue Bijoux only accepts payment through PAYPAL.
Please be aware that if you choose to pay by E-Check using Paypal, production on your order could be delayed until your payment clears which can take from 3-10 days.
For U.S.A and International customers, customs and Vat fees could be charged by your countries customs and are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in the price of your purchase.
Canadian customers will be charged taxes by Powder Blue Bijoux according to Canadian tax laws through Paypal at checkout.
All orders will be shipped to your PAYPAL address to protect both buyer and seller from fraud. Please check that your Paypal address is accurate and up to date.
Shipping prices are currently being revised and subject to change from day to day until completed.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Within Canada we use EXPEDITED shipping by Canada Post. It includes up to $100 insurance and tracking. Delivery is usually with in two weeks from the date it is shipped, but is not guaranteed.
USA CUSTOMERS: Shipping is by SMALL PACKET AIR with Canada Post. It does NOT include insurance or tracking, average shipping times is 1-3 weeks from the date it is shipped, but is not guaranteed. To add tracking and insurance to your package it must be shipped by an upgraded shipping method, TRACKED PACKET shipping with tracking is available at a cost of $16.00.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Shipping is by SMALL PACKET AIR with Canada Post. Shipping times can be unpredictable to some countries. Most average 2-3 weeks but some can take up to 2 months due to those countries customs. Shipping to International countries does NOT come with tracking or insurance. An email with a request for tracking and insurance must be made at the time of purchase so I can give you a quote for upgraded shipping methods. Once agreed upon I will send a Paypal request for the additional cost.
RUSH ORDERS: If you need an order in a rush please contact us at email@example.com for a price quote. We need to know the product you are interested in, your address and a date you need it delivered by. Once you approve of a shipping method a Paypal money request will be sent to your email address for you to send payment for the additional cost.
We are not responsible for transit times after an item has been shipped. It is very important that you allow yourself enough time to receive your order.
TRACKING AND INSURANCE: If you require tracking and insurance please contact us at the time of placing the order for a price quote for the additional cost.
We ship Monday thru Friday (excluding postal holidays).
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final once an order is placed due to the fact that they are made to order. Returns or exchanges can not be re-sold, therefore a refund can not be given. Please contact us with any questions you may have about a product before placing an order. I would love to help you out and offer all the advice I can about a product.
All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before shipping. If an item should be damaged during transit, you must contact us within 5 days for a replacement or refund.
All orders will be shipped to your Paypal address. If this is a non-deliverable address and the package is returned, the buyer must pay a new shipping fee to have the item re-shipped. If a refund is preferred the refund will be sent back to the buyers Paypal email address minus the shipping fee. Please double check that your Paypal address is correct to avoid any shipping problems.
If you need to return an order because of a mistake made by us, we will send you a full refund including the shipping paid. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order. The order must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving it with a post marked date on the package. All returns must be shipped back in the original packaging, in unworn condition. The item must be carefully packed as you received it. Items just dropped into a box can be damaged while being shipped and I can not accept damaged items from poor packing.
Due to the fact that many items offered are handmade, slight variations may occur. Every effort will be made to make every piece as close to the original sample as possible.
Many designs are offered in limited editions and do sell out quickly. Pieces using vintage components are usually "one of a kind" and can't be reproduced. It is advisable to order these pieces without delay to avoid disappointment.
Please be aware that your computer screen may show variations of the color of the products shown. We strive to keep our products compatible with popular wedding gown colors and do try to describe the colors as best we can. If in doubt about a color choice please contact us for further information or possibly a small sample.
Powder Blue Bijoux products are not sold in any retail stores at this time. We prefer to sell directly to brides so we can keep our prices low and affordable without the high retail mark-ups. We do however, sell at the same low prices in our other online shop at Etsy, which we have been doing since 2009.
